From 20 th June 2015, MAC (Migration Authorisation Code) keys are no longer required to move between providers. To move your service to another provider you don't need to contact us.

We'll be able to process your request after a quick security check. To cease your service (as opposed to moving to another provider) the simplest way is to call Customer support on 08, alternatively, you can write to us at John Lewis Broadband The Balance 2 Pinfold Street Sheffield S1 2GU and send via Recorded Delivery.
